1. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Vriddhi Montessori follows a term-based fee structure to support the families in our community. Our policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

Term Structure: Our academic year is divided into three terms: Term 1 (April – July), Term 2 (August – November), and Term 3 (December – March).
Withdrawal Notice: We kindly request that parents provide at least 30 days' written notice before the start of a new term if they intend to withdraw their child.
Cancellations: If an admission is cancelled before the child starts the term, we will work with the family on a case-by-case basis. Generally, a small administrative fee may be retained to cover processing costs.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method through Razorpay within 3–5 business days.
Mid-Term Policy: To ensure stability for our programs, fees paid for an ongoing term are typically non-refundable. However, we understand that unique circumstances arise and encourage parents to discuss any concerns directly with the school administration.

By using the Vriddhi Montessori website and payment portal, you agree to the following:

Services: We provide early childhood education and daycare services as detailed on our Programs and Curriculum pages.
Payments: Fees should be paid via our secure online gateway or as agreed upon with the school office. We use back-office controls to help track payments and send reminders.
Communication: Parents will receive updates and announcements regarding school events and reminders through our private engagement tools.
Accuracy: Parents are responsible for providing accurate contact and medical information during the online admission process.

Your family's privacy is a priority at Vriddhi Montessori:

Data Collection: We collect essential information such as names, contact details, and student profiles (including DOB and guardian info) to manage admissions and ensure child safety.
Payment Security: All financial transactions are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store sensitive card or banking information.
Data Protection: All student and parent data is stored with encryption and regular backups to ensure security.

Service Delivery: Vriddhi Montessori provides educational and daycare services. No physical goods are shipped.
Access: Access to school services is provided at our campus in Ambattur, Chennai, following the completion of the enrollment process.
