At Vriddhi Montessori, we believe in transparent and fair pricing for our educational and daycare services. Our fee structure is designed to reflect the quality of our Montessori programme while remaining accessible to families who entrust us with their child's early development. All fees are quoted and processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
1. Fee Structure
Our fee schedules are structured to support the holistic development of each child across all developmental stages.
- Standard Annual Programme Fee: The base fee for our Montessori programmes is ₹60,000 per academic year, covering all core developmental activities for the enrolled level.
- Loyalty Benefits: For existing students transitioning to the next academic level, a revised fee of ₹55,000 per academic year may apply, in recognition of their continued journey with Vriddhi Montessori.
- Programme Inclusions: The annual fee covers core Montessori curriculum delivery, classroom materials, and all specialised developmental activities as part of the enrolled programme.
Note: Individual fee amounts for each student are communicated at the time of admission or renewal and may vary based on the enrolled programme and applicable benefits. Please contact the school administration for a personalised fee summary.
2. Payment Terms
- Authorised Payment Channels: All fees must be paid through our authorised payment gateway (Razorpay) using NetBanking (HDFC, ICICI, and other participating banks), UPI, or Credit/Debit Cards. Cash payments are not accepted through the online portal.
- Processing Charges: Any convenience fees or banking charges imposed by the payment gateway or the parent's bank are to be borne by the payer and are not included in the school fee.
- Payment Confirmation: A transaction is considered successfully completed only upon receipt of a confirmation from our banking partners. Please retain your transaction ID or payment receipt for your records.
- Term-Wise Payments: Fees may be structured across academic terms. Due dates for each term will be communicated in advance through the parent portal and official school communications.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
To ensure administrative clarity and fairness, the following refund guidelines apply:
- Registration & Admission Fees: Any initial administrative or registration fees paid at the time of inquiry or application are non-refundable, as they cover processing and administrative costs incurred by the institution.
- Refund Eligibility: Refund requests for tuition or programme fees are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with institutional guidelines and the timing of the withdrawal request relative to the commencement of the academic term.
- Processing Timeline: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment source within 5–10 working days from the date of approval, subject to the processing timelines of the respective bank or payment gateway.
- Duplicate Payments: In the event of a technical error resulting in a duplicate transaction, the excess amount will be refunded in full after verification, with no deductions.
4. Fee Revisions
Vriddhi Montessori reserves the right to revise the fee structure, introduce new programme components, or adjust service charges at its sole discretion. Any such changes will be:
- Published on this page with an updated effective date
- Communicated directly to enrolled families through official channels
- Applied prospectively and not retroactively to fees already paid
