• Financial Records: Transaction IDs, payment amounts, and payment status for fee tracking. We do not store sensitive card numbers, CVVs, or NetBanking passwords — these are processed securely by our PCI-DSS compliant partner, Razorpay.
• Student Records: Progress reports, attendance, and medical or behavioral notes provided by parents for educational and safety purposes only.

B. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely for legitimate educational and operational purposes:

• Processing admissions and managing student enrollment
• Facilitating secure fee payments via Razorpay, HDFC NetBanking, ICICI NetBanking, and other approved modes
• Communicating school updates, schedules, and emergency alerts
• Complying with legal and regulatory obligations under Indian law

Our commitment: We will never use your personal information — including your child's name, date of birth, or contact details — for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating Vriddhi Montessori's educational services.

C. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Data is shared only with:

• Payment Processors: Razorpay and associated banking partners (HDFC, ICICI, etc.) to authenticate and complete fee transactions securely.
• Service Providers: Secure hosting and communication platforms used strictly for school operations.
• Legal Authorities: Only when required by Indian law or to prevent fraudulent activity.

D. Data Security and Retention

• Security: We follow industry-standard practices including encryption and access controls to protect your data from unauthorized access or misuse.
• Retention: Student and parent records are retained as long as the student is enrolled, or as required by educational and tax regulations in India. Records are securely deleted when no longer required.

E. Children's Privacy

As an educational institution, we collect data regarding minors. This information is only collected through parents or legal guardians. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children without parental consent. All information about enrolled children is handled with the highest level of care and confidentiality.
